Participants should inform the ICEV15 organisation committee of their hotel booking in case they wish to make their own arrangements. It is highly recommended to book a hotel from the suggested list, as these will be served by the busses transferring delegates to/from MAICh Conference Center. Alternatively, participants may request the ICEV15 organisation committee to make accommodation arrangements for them; in this case, the dates required should be also communicated
