The conference fee is 1,600.00 Euros

As with previous events, this covers participation, 4-night stay, lunch and dinners during the conference days.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation notification received before 1st of May 2020 will be fully refunded.

No refund will be provided for cancellations received after 2nd of May 2020 or for no-shows.

Cancellations requests should be addressed to the following email:  m.gavaises@city.ac.uk

Please note that refunds will only be processed by bank transfer after the conference.

In case of travel restrictions imposed by Governments due to the spread of corona virus, which prohibit travel to Crete, full refund will be applied.
